Use your own words
You don’t need to write a perfect prompt. Sharing the goal, the deadline and the time available helps Lopi suggest something closer to the job in front of you.
- Open Lopi in your workspace. Describe the job, the constraints that matter and the time you have.
- Read the suggested tasks, steps and time estimates. Fill in what is missing and remove what does not fit.
- Select the suggestions you want to add, check their destination and content, then approve them. They enter the plan when you choose to apply them.
The last word is yours
A Lopi suggestion is a starting point. You know your teammates’ availability, the details of the job and the delivery requirements; use that knowledge to assess its steps and estimates.
The interactive examples on the home page use prepared scenarios. AI responses in your account depend on the provider configured for your workspace and your access.
