A few questions before you begin
It helps to know what will happen before you press a button. Here are a few questions you might have while finding your way around.
Can more than one person be assigned to a task?
Yes, a shared project task can have several assignees. Each person needs access to that project; belonging to the same team is not enough on its own. You own your personal tasks.
Does assigning someone start their timer?
No. Each person accepts their own assignment. “Accept, start later” accepts it without starting work; “Accept and start” also starts that person’s own timer. You have not started someone else’s timer remotely.
Will a start date or reminder run the timer?
A date or reminder does not start the timer by itself. Check the task’s start option; with manual start, choose “Start” when you begin working.
What is the difference between Pause and Stop?
“Pause” is for a break; choose “Resume” when you return. “Stop” closes the session. Check the recorded work in the task’s time log; any separate completion or review step still applies.
Can I add time if I forgot to start the timer?
Yes, add a manual entry from the task’s time log. Enter a start time, duration in minutes and a short description. Check the time zone shown in the form and make sure the same work has not already been recorded.
Does submitting for review finish the task?
No. In a project that requires review, “Submit for review” sends the work to its reviewer. That person can “Approve” or “Request changes”. You cannot approve your own submission; ask a project manager for help if no valid reviewer is available.
Does Lopi turn suggestions into tasks automatically?
You review the suggestions and approve adding them. The landing examples use prepared replies and do not send a real AI request. Lopi in your workspace uses the AI provider configured there.
Are changes in a demo account saved?
Shared demo accounts are ordinary accounts in the live application. Saved changes are visible to others using the same account. Do not add personal information, private files or real mailboxes, or change the password. A scheduled automatic reset or a private demo session is not promised.
